Why does the iOS App not have the following function options?

My device information:
System: iOS 17.0.3
App version: 6.23

Device information with the following capabilities:
System: Android
App version: 6.31

Function:
[Advanced]-[Connection options]-[Manage excluded apps]

Because that is a function of the operating system. Android provides it, iOS does not.
