Why does Cloudflare allow https://laptrinhx.com/ to use its nameservers?

Why does Cloudflare allow https://laptrinhx.com/ to use its nameservers etc? https://laptrinhx.com/ is clearly scraping and stealing thousands of websites of content (withour asking for permission) and hosting it on their site.

I have blogged about this here https://fearby.com/article/laptrinhx-com-is-stealing-website-content/

The are stealing my content from ghttps://fearby.com and uploading it here https://laptrinhx.com/tag/fearby-com/

I did submit forms at cloudflare.com/abuse yesterday but no reply from Cloudflare

If Cloudflare do not take action and protect the thieves I am pulling my paid services from Cloudflare

Thousands of sites are having their content scraped, at what point to Cloudflare pull the site down?

As this is a trust and safety issue, you won’t get any more answers from CF here. CF might take a long time to get a reply from during a holiday week (with Christmas and New Years around the corner), and CF most likely won’t reply if you aren’t directly a party in the copyright infringement.

If you are the party being infringed, CF will forward your DMCA takedown request to the website’s actual host; if they are subject to US law, the host will have a legal obligation to take down the infringing content. Past that, if the website host doesn’t comply with the DMCA takedown request, you might want to seek legal council (I am not your lawyer).
