Why do you not respond to your PRO Customers on support tickets?

There’s a 4-hour SLA that we pay for. Looks more like 4 DAYS.

I’m quite dissapointed that, when I pay $20 and I raise an issue on Cloudflare Support. After 4 days, there has been absolutely zero reply.

It’s a valid support request reporting a bug inside my account that none of the articles in knowledgebase can fix.

** Median Support of 4 Hours **

Unfortunately while the median is stated there as 4 hours, the SLO is actually 5 days.

The only plan with an SLA is Enterprise.

If you’d like to open a thread here on the community then someone may be able to assist.

Domjh,

The issue I have is with Cloudflare’s actual Dashboard not DISABLING Email Routing after Enabling it.

You (AS a users) cannot disable it. It has to be disabled by CF Internally.

This is why I am irate AF right now.

You pay for something and it breaks your site, when you want to have it fixed, SORRY PAL WAIT 5 DAYS.

A common issue with this is a half-completed setup where it was not fully set up originally and is now stuck in limbo. Some users have had success re-enabling it and ensuring all records are added and verified and then disabling it again.

I understand your frustration but I’m afraid there is nothing we can do. You can post your ticket number and we can escalate it into the community queue but that has a wait time even longer than 5 days at the moment.

BEEN THERE DONE THAT BRO.

5 days later.

Still waiting on a response.

Beta gonna beta - they’re services that don’t usually carry a support entitlement per-se.

From time to time, we may make non-production Services (“Beta Services”) that are under development available to you. You may access these Beta Services at your sole discretion. Beta Services are intended for testing purposes only, and may be subject to additional terms that will be presented to you at the time of sign-up. Cloudflare is not obligated to provide you with support for the Beta Services or correct any bugs, defects, or errors in the Beta Services.

Like Dom said, you can post the ticket number but there’s no guarantees it’ll be seen by the next CSUP who handles the community queue.
