I don’t know why this happened.
I can’t do anything. Please advise why this was randomly removed from my account. I do not even know where to I renew it..
That may not be the account where the domain actually resides. The hostname returns a website and resolves in Cloudflare DNS. Confirm you are looking in the correct account for the domain in question.
Thanks for your response. How can it not be the account where it resides if the support email said it was? I mean “The zone: aslfastorder.com in account was deleted”. I have access to that account and its gone. My problem is why? What changed? Where did the domain go? Does it need to be renewed?
Nothing has changed so I am concerned. Registry Expiration is 2026-05-20 so I am confused.
Check your email(s) for the account where the domain was registered. You may have accidentally tried to add that site to another account you have access to and since the nameservers were incorrect it was never activated and deleted as a result. You can also review your audit logs for the account in question. You may see the zone was added nn days ago which would be further evidence the account in question isn’t the one the domain was registered in.
I only have one account. How do I know what other account the domain is now under? The audit logs show it was deleted but with no other information.
Your right, a few days ago something happened but I don’t know what or why. How do I find what account did this Create?
DNS history shows that a few days ago, your nameservers were changed to a new Cloudflare account.

Did you use Cloudflare registrar before? Were you the only person with access to the registrar/cf account?
No, I guess someone else had access and took the domain back.
