Why did my APO subscription get cancelled

I am doing some testing with a WordPress site and the new Cloudflare APO. When I disabled APO, from the WordPress dashboard, it looks like my subscription was cancelled and to reenable it, I will need to purchase it again?

I only paid for it about 3 days ago.

How can I reenable the APO?

Any subscription you purchase, and then cancel, goes away, non-refundable.

You can try opening a ticket with Billing.

To contact Cloudflare Customer Support, login & go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?account=support and select get more help. If you receive an automatic response that does not help you, please reply and indicate you need more help.

Thanks although I just clicked on a toggle in my WordPress dashboard. I would not expect that to cancel a subscription

Maybe @yevgen can bring this up with the plugin dev team.

Thanks for letting me know, cancellation should be done via subscriptions in Cloudflare dashboard, disabling feature shouldn’t trigger subscription removal. I pinged the team to verify.

Thanks @yevgen. Can I expect someone to get back to me then about reenabling my APO subscription without having to purchase again?

The best way is to contact CSUP team, this way they can verify your zone and restore your subscription.

@uri

Once you create that ticket - DM me the ticket ID and I’ll add it to an internal ticket we have here.

Thanks @anon23204636. How long do you think it would take to reactivate this feature that we paid for?

ticket ID is 1997635

@yevgen I guess the case was resolved but not to my satisfaction. Ihad to purchase the service again.

As of now, APO subscription is tied to the specific site, when you delete a site from Cloudflare we can’t keep subscription active.
