Contacted Support for assistance with logging in via my Laptop And getting the Hero app to function. I was contacted by a Technician who requested that I gather certain info, and to try a couple of different things, which I did.
I replied to his email, quoting the Request Number and sending off the info and screenshots.
What do I get back? A message from a Bot telling me to raise a Support Ticket if I wanted to get in touch with the Technicians!
Really guys, that is just bloody ridiculous!
