Why did a TXT record suddenly appear in my domain’s DNS settings?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

i use DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool to check my domain just buied in cloudflare, The TXT record has been detected and confirmed, but I did not configure this record in Cloudflare.

Cloudflare automatically issues an SSL certificate when you add it in Cloudflare. If you don’t want that, you can disable the Universal SSL option.
