Hello community! I wanted to ask you a question. If my site is originally located in Sweden and then I configure it to be optimized and protected by Cloudflare, why does the location change to the United States? Thank you very much in advance. Best regards.
It didnt change. The anycast addresses are registered to Cloudflare, which is located in the US. They still route to the (according to your ISP) nearest location.

Try this to find out which datacenter you’re reaching for your website. It should be close to you:
