Why can't I upgrade the pro version

I have no problems with my bill. Why can’t I upgrade the pro version. I can’t upgrade any of my services. I have no problems with my credit card. And have enough balance.

Hi @timer1000 I suspect this is related to the ongoing billing migration. Sorry for the issues. If you keep getting the error, can you create an Account ticket and share your ticket number here?
