Why can't I send a PM in the Cloudflare Community?

Hello, I have noticed that I can’t send PM’S (Private Messages) in the Cloudflare Community, but I have a high enough trusted level

And according to Understanding Discourse Trust Levels | Blog I have a high enough level to create a PM

Here’s an example of what I see on someone else’s profile

So where is the message icon, huh? Am I silenced or restricted from creating a PM or what?

The required trust level can be adjusted by admins. As far as I know, only MVPs and above can send PMs in the Cloudflare Community.
