Why can't I add a notification (empty products list)?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Empty products list in /notifications/create/billing_usage_alert

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Go to Notifications panel in the settings
  • Click Add
  • Click “Billing” (“Usage Based Billing”)
  • Notice that you cannot choose

I don’t have any paid subscriptions as of now (under https://dash.cloudflare.com/$ACCOUNT/billing/subscriptions).

I’m interested in monitoring my usage so that I don’t exceed the free plan for Workers (which I have deployed) by N $. Is that possible?

Might want to use Workers usage then since there’s no billing :thinking:

  • Default Workers Weekly Summary
  • Default Workers Report

If you’re using bundeled, paid, then you’d have such options available to select and configure billing notifications based on the product:

OK, I see. So basically I can’t limit or notify myself if the usage would skyrocket, when I use the free plan?
