What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I recopied, re entered the values and it still fails in Canva. The values I’m given from Cloudflare Fail in Canva. Not sure where to go to fix, so reaching out to host and Canva. I’m not sure what Cloudflare is offering, because Canva won’t accept it to publish my website.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Paste the correct values from Cloudflare into canva. I’m not sure which one’s to copy and paste into Canva.

It sounds like your hosting provider is requiring that they see their own IP addresses in the DNS system.

In that case, you must change the Proxy status for the relevant DNS record(s) to Unproxied (:grey:) / DNS-only.

Thank you changing to unproxied worked for 1 record but not for the other. Any other suggestions?
