I own two domains and would like to transfer them out of Cloudflare. They are not within the 60-day waiting period. They are both ineligible for transfer. What’s causing this and how do I fix it?

That window is only for transferring TO Cloudflare. You want to go to Manage Domains:
I did, and when I click on Configuration and scroll down to Transfer to another registrar, the Unlock button is greyed out. For both domains.
Can you try a different browser / private browsing mode?
Weirdly, that worked for one but not the other. The second domain is still greyed out.
That’s definitely weird. I have no idea why the other domain wouldn’t work.
I wonder if I screwed something up when I was transferring it in from its original host? Would you be willing to look over it for me?
In fact now I’m sure I screwed something up but I don’t know what. This is what I see when I try to look up the domain on lookup.icann.org.

It really says all. The ICANN lookup doesn’t support the .co TLD.
Can you try unlocking the domain from your phone? It’s usually just a simple problem with browser plugins etc.
