Why am I seeing Website moved

Since yesterday my website had been down. Isn’t that the website is not loading but the website is Showing an error when it loads.

This is what I get anytime I try accessing it

I’ve followed the instructions above. But nothing worked!. Please I need help. My website URL is Tistip

Your host might have changed the IP address of your server and will need to apply these changes in your Cloudflare account under DNS. Contact your host for the new address and then make the necessary changes.
