Why am I not able to access my website but others are?

Alright so I’m having an issue. I’m receiving this error which is in Screen shot #1 when I’m trying to access my website but at the same time I’m seeing activity on my website as well in the second screen shot. Even tried to contact the cloudflare support team but no one answered. Anyone knows what to do?

I also get the Error 1000. That means your DNS record is pointing to a Cloudflare IP address that’s not configured for your hostname.

Thanks for the info. I did found those cloud flare I.P’s and removed them. Now about the I.Ps for my host name i don’t remember them because the person who was managing all that deceased recently. I’ve contacted cloud flare support for that because apparently my website was also from cloud flare as far as i know. But, the cloud flare support team hasn’t answered me for like 4 days now and I’m kinda on a halt because of my website not being functional. Moreover I’m seeing other people are able to reach my website but not me because of those I.Ps i think. Any suggestions on how to reach the cloud flare support team ASAP?

Clouflare Support isn’t going to know the IP address of your server, either.

If you can communicate with someone who can reach your website, see if they can open their browser’s Dev Tools and look at the Network Tab for a connection that goes through. It should show you the IP address they’re connecting to:

May I ask, do you manage your domain name and have access to your Cloudflare account?

If yes, I would visit the DNS tab at Cloudflare dashboard under your Cloudflare account for your domain name and change the value of the IP address for the needed DNS records using step-by-step instructions from below tutorial:

Nevertheless, it’s working from my end and I see the HTTP header server: cloudflare, meaning the record is pointed to the right IP address and also proxied :

Oh…so…not yours, eh? Back to the drawing board:

I suggest you use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com. The link is in the lower right corner of that page. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS. Only then should you un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict).
