What is the issue you’re encountering

I am trying to move my emails to iCloud but Cloudflare is blocking me moving forward, saying i am not authorised to make changes. I NEVER ever registered or had anything to do with Cloudflare

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have contacted, Microsoft, Dickerdata and Instra, the only companies that I have had dealings with to try and resolve the issue, but they say it is a Cloudflare issue and thier is nothing that can be done.

It looks like the domain is no longer on Cloudflare. Are you still experiencing the issue after removing the domain?

Thank you so much for getting back to me……unfortunately I am not an IT person. I am not sure what you mean by “after removing the domain”. Where would I even do this, as I dont have a cloudflare account other than one that was set up through iCloud a few days ago when I tried to change email address. I have attached one screen shot below, my email was rejected when I attached others.

iCloud has a function to automatically set up DNS records for people using Cloudflare. Did you maybe choose that option?

Could you maybe show a screenshot of the screen that you see before the Cloudflare window opens?
