Hi there. Can someone please explain to me why I am being charged x6 Quantity for the Pro Plan [IN-6194207], when I am on a monthly subscription for one website? The same issue happened the previous month as well which was resolved and refunded, but now I’m not getting back any replies from the support team. Thanks

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried contacting support / billing team via ticket, but no response for past weeks. Also since the new Customer Support Dashboard is being created, I’ve followed as instructed to create a ticket to access the portal. But no reply or update there as well.
