Whois privacy is not fully protected at cloudflare

Whois privacy is not fully protected at cloudflare. My state and country is still visible but at namesillo (previous registrar) nothing were visible relating to my privacy. What should I do now to fully protect my privacy?

While at namesillo everything is protected.

Lots of conversation about this a while back. Even with WHOIS Redaction enabled, these fields are still visible. Unfortunately, there is no way to hide them utilizing Cloudflare’s services. If complete WHOIS privacy is a priority, you may need to consider a different registrar that offers this service

State/province and country/region in WHOIS
