My website was being hosted by web.com, then they sold out to Vistaprint. Recently Vistaprint just collaborated with Wix and my website had to be upgraded/integrated into the Wix platform. The issue is when I try to edit my website under Wix the changes are not reflecting on my published website. I contacted Wix support about this and they told me my domain is registered to Cloudfare? I don’t know how because I never signed up for Cloudfare when I looked up who owns website under Whois it’s showing Cloudfare? It wasn’t until yesterday that I even created an account and that was only as a means to contact someone. I need help getting this matter resolved. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated!

Do you know where your domain is registered?
Just because a domain is using Cloudflare nameservers does not mean it is on Cloudflare Registrar.
If Cloudflare is not the registrar and if it is using Cloudflare Nameservers you can just log into your registrar and change them to point away from Cloudflare.
Please input the domain name in the link below and look at Registrar Information to confirm who the registrar is.
That being said Wix does not support domains connected through Cloudflare.
