Hi,
I am trying to work out what user owns our company website DNS as all I can see is it is held on Cloudflare. It may have been a previous employee that has since retired since I joined the company. Our domain is wellersauctions .com and if possible I would like access to our DNS or this transferred across to me.
Please can someone help me get to the bottom of this?

For security and privacy reasons, no one at Cloudflare can grant you access to an account or make any changes on your behalf. Your best option is to coordinate access with the party that preceded you. If the account was created using a company domain email address that you can access you may have luck with account recovery.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

If you don’t know the email: https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email
If those options do not produce the desired result, you will need to move your DNS to a new Cloudflare account.
