What is the issue you’re encountering

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We have contacted Cloudflare through several different avenues without any response on our request for delisting due to a false positive with Cloudflare Radar

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Go to https://cofense.zendesk.com/ and you will immediately see the flag

I think it’s important to clarify here - are you representing Zendesk, or are you a customer of Zendesk?

If you are representing Zendesk - there should be an option on your Cloudflare dashboard to dispute this decision. You can also try contacting abusereply@.

If you are a Zendesk customer - please contact Zendesk. The filter is applied to their account, and they are the only ones who can request to remove it.

Regardless which one, Cloudflare Radar is not the relevant system and does not control these pages.
