Who can tell me, how can I check the status of abuse?

My boss was reported abuse to Cloudflare on October 16th, but so far we haven’t received any response to it. Нe asked me to clarify the situation.
We lose some money every day because our issue is not solved.
It is very important for us to know the real time frame for the handling of our abuse or know the way to check the status of our abuse.

You may try emailing [email protected], however, response times might be slow as many CF employees are still working from home out of an abundance of caution (in response to Covid-19).

If you think a crime is being committed against you, it wouldn’t hurt to file a report with your local law enforcement - CF works with law enforcement, as seen at the bottom of Abuse approach - Cloudflare.
