I’m not exactly sure I understand your question.

Both WHMCS and Cloudflare have their respective APIs.

But, the actual integration? That’s your job!

There are a couple of WHMCS modules out there for Cloudflare integration. Search for "cloudflare" in the WHMCS modules marketplace: https://marketplace.whmcs.com/
