When user emails get stopped in the recipient-side server for a particular domain, especially in b2b emails, we recommend having their recipients allowlist Brevo’s IP ranges.
allowlisting is a way to identify that specific email addresses or IP addresses are sending mail that is wanted.
By allowlisting Brevo’s IP ranges, our users can improve the deliverability of their emails and ensure that they are landing in the inbox.
Users can find the Brevo IP ranges and domains listed here
Please assist were do I add this under ip access rules or custom rule
and also how do I add the range or names
see their list
You will need to contact the recipient of the email, or alternatively, the email provider of the recipient for something like this.
If you are sending emails to a Google user (e.g. “[email protected]”), and that is causing you problems, it will be the Google user you will need to contact, and alternatively Google themself.
However, the latter part (e.g. Google), they do not provide such options on their service.
That won’t change anything regarding email traffic at all.
sorry not explaining my self
I have setup woocomerce to send me an email when their is an order
or all sorts of different email like your store is perfoming etc
its that email thats getting blocked
the email I have setup in woocomerce for notifications
yes it is a google workspace email ie a google hosted email but from my own domain
not sure how it keeps getting un subribed I dont unsubscribe it
Does that make more sense
its not actually a user, I am the user
I keep thinking dam I am not getting any sales
then I go check my woocomerce store and their is sales but I was not emailed
then i notice that emaiil has be unsubsribed from brevo
I understood you very well, and it was explained fine.
This kind of “allow listing”, “welcome listing”, you name it, needs to happen through the Google Workspace, as that is the recipient of the email, exactly as you indicated with the text you quoted to begin with.
The Google Workspace administrator can do that, as explained over here:
