I’ve just attempted to get an image manually from our server. The response was 403 Forbidden. This was the result:

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you try requesting https://www.commodoreaustralia.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/ETA-PUMPS-WITH-PANELS.jpg from your computer to see if you get it? If you do there is still a cloudflare problem. Perhaps you can send them the above information with our IP address to their support to see why we are getting blocked. The following shows that you definitely whitelisted the correct IP address:
