Hello i have an application that uses a remote api to provide data , My application is running behind an nginx proxy manager …on top of nginx proxy manager i use Cloudflare for ssl and as a dns manager…the problem is that the ip of the origin server needs to be allowlisted in the remote api need to be allowlisted …due to proxy the ip changes and i cannot allowlist it how do i resolve this issue?

Yes the visitors ip how do i do that because when the visit’s the api it doesn’t show the origin ip or if i ping it it doesn’t show the origin servers ip
