Whitelist IP for Pen testing

Hi,
I need to do a pen test on a Cloudflare Domain. Do I need to white list the IP ranges and if so where can I do it?

You would create a new firewall rule to whitelist the IPs that you will be testing from to bypass any security blocks that will be thrown.
