While page loads menu flickers on left. Could this be from rocker loader? How to fix?

Does turning Rocket Loader off stop it from flickering?

after I cleared browser cache, yes. is there a way to configure rocket loader to avoid this issue, or a css change to the site? I am wondering if the menu is loading before the style for the menu is loading

problem was only in firefox, but not chrome or avast

without rocket loader, my speed scores went up on Gmetrix from 3.1 - 3.9, and pingdom 2.6-3.73, and this is after I upgraded bluehost from basic shared to vps higher performance
