Which services will remain active when I do not use CloudFlare nameservers?

Hi,
I am thinking of using other servers for DNS and also want get CloudFlare services such as traffic proxies through CloudFlare etc. But I am not sure if all CloudFlare services will work or not? If I set all DNS records like now I have with CloudFlare ( for example: A records: 172.67.214.34 and 104.21.23.232 … ), which services will remain active?

Can you please list all these. With the advantages and disadvantages.

If you don’t use Cloudflare name servers for your domain, it will be deleted from Cloudflare within a few weeks and those IP addresses will no longer work.
