Which option should I select?

as you see in the picture, there are some options for CDN type. which one should I select for Cloudflare?

Those are all different services. It;s been a while since I’ve used W3TC but do believe there is another page where you can set your Cloudflare account.

Cloudflare does not cache like a typical CDN, so those settings don’t apply.
