I don’t know which domain to fill in when using Cache Rules

I want users to access a.com
a.com => cname => b.com
So which domain name should be used when creating rules?

You can only make cache rules for the domain name that is in your Cloudflare account.

If you have example.com in your Cloudflare account and you have a CNAME for www that points to app.example.net your cache rules will need to be created for your www.example.com hostname.
