Calling multiple 1-888 numbers, resetting passwords, creating tickets, NO SUPPORT!
1-888 numbers are useless
Support case 01057582 no updates since Aug. 29 that I can see
Can’t upgrade to Business from Pro, fails with error 1211 something about payment, yet payment seems to be working otherwise
I JUST WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE!!! If I manage to upgrade to Business plan will I actually be able to talk to someone who can help me?

my colleagues in Support have indicated this was resolved on your ticket. Please post another topic here if that is not the case.

I’m still incapable of attaining my ultimate goal… I have re-submitted with a much narrower focus in ticket 01133846 and upgraded to Business plan in hopes that we can finally resolve this.
