Where is Customer Support?

I’m curious as someone who hit “Enable” CloudFlare from my sites’ CPanel and is new to the “service”… Is THIS discussion Forum CloudFlare’s version of Custom Support?

The answer to solving DNS issues that my ISP said I need to get CloudFlare support to help resolve, is for me, a neophyte, to spend hours plowing through posts and articles, randomly trying out different things hoping to resolve my problem and hoping that I don’t make problems worse?

THIS is support? Maybe I missed the link or phone number, or didn’t realize CloudFlare is open source.
