Where do I update IPs?

I’m am not a developer and don’t know much about tech stuff. I recently moved my sites to semi-dedicated and my IPs have changed- my sites are all down and I’m not getting or able to send any email.
I don’t know where to go to do that- this must be simple for most of you!

Editing DNS Records

This tutorial covers editing DNS records. Go to the DNS app of your Cloudflare dashboard.
