Where do I manage access?

I want to invite people to co-admin my domain but I don’t know where to go.
The Help section says:

To add a member to your account:

  1. Log in to the Cloudflare dashboardOpen external link and select your account (you must be logged in as a Super Administrator and have a verified email address).
  2. Go to Manage Account > Members.

But, although I’m a super-amin and have a verified email address, that “Manage Account > Members” is no where to be found for me. Is it a menu? Part of a nav bar? Please advise.

Can’t upload a screenshot for some reason but it’s at the bottom of the left hand navigation menu for me (once you’re in the bit of the dashboard with all your domains in the main panel).

Nav list goes:

Websites
Domain Registration
Analytics
Pages
Workers
...
...
Notifications
Manage Account    <== Expand this to see'Members'

It does, thank you!
My mistake was to be in one of my domains, instead of staying at the account level. Only then is the nav visible.
