It looks like you moved teh zone on 6/20, check your audit log.
Nameservers still point to cf, but go ahead and try Add a site to add it back. If you encounter an error, revert your nameservers at your registrar, wait for them to propagate, add the site, and then change the nameserver to the two from cloudflare.
