Doesn’t matter much, you might as well go ahead and delete them because they’re pointing to invalid IPs, if it turns out you need them later you can recreate them correctly
Do not unpause Cloudflare yet because there’s still an issue
Next issue that needs to be dealt with, you do have a SSL certificate on your server but it’s expired
You need to see if you can renew/reissue the certificate through your new host, you may be able to do it online, if not, you’ll have to contact their support
Don’t unpause until the certificate is fixed
