I am new to CloudFlare. My company has hosted some f our major sites with CloudFlare.
I want to know where are the website files are located? How can I update my website content and or upload new files
Cloudflare is not a host. They are just a proxying front for your actual host.
Changing your question by editing the title is not the most effective way 
You can always check your DNS records on Cloudflare to find out where your hosts point to, however the best way probably is to ask whomever is responsible for that at your company, respectively go through your invoices.
