Where can I find my site's files?

Hi. I’m in the process of getting a new hoster for my site (lowerarchyofneeds.com). My past hoster (Siteground) expired and they have no backups. I do have Updraft (WP plugin) backups, but have no idea if they are good at this point. My site is still being served with Cloudflare nameservers: carl.ns… and nelly.ns… My domain holder is Tucows.

I need to find and recover my WordPress files so I can copy them to a new hoster, but I’m afraid if I make any changes, I’ll lose my files.

As an added thorn, I may have a virus since I can’t do admin functions on my WP site (update plugins for example). I get the following message:

“You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php on this server.”

Cloudflare does not host sites and certainly has no way to recover your files. Your Updraft backups should be good if they’re up to date.
