Whenever I am opening my websites, the file named update.zip is getting downloaded and the website is also not opening.
Your Cloudflare account may have been compromised.
Please visit your account’s Audit Log on the Dashboard and check to see if the redirect was added by some user other than you.
Also, make sure you follow this guide on how to handle compromised credentials.
