I have installed the key and the certificate in my aaPanel but when I click on lock it still says that the publisher is R3 or something.

The Cloudflare origin Certificate secures the second part of the connection between Cloudflare and your server. That cert won’t be shown to visitors and is not publicly valid. If you have installed it on your server, just make sure your SSL/TLS mode is Full (Strict).
