When will cloudflare charges

I want a free ssl certificate to my domain so I just went through cloudflare and I just select Your SSL/TLS encryption mode is Flexible this option and now it’s enabled I can visit my website with https that’s fine and my certification will be expire in next year but

is it a cloudflare’s free service or temporary service ? by the way I’m looking for free cert signer .
