When typing in owntodayusa.com into a browser I am automatically redirected to a website for USA Today Subscriptions. I cannot imagine why this is happening. HELP!

When typing owntodayusa dot com into any browser I am automatically redirected to ‘usatoday dot com’ - If I type in www. before the site, it loads fine. Is this a setting inside Cloudflare that can be fixed?

Is there any possibility that the domain was used with a Cloudflare service in the past and may not have been completely removed from that service?
