When sending an email to an email forwarding address, I get domain not found

I created an email forwarding rule and when I send an email to that from my gmail, I get an error that the domain does not exist but I can see the MX and A records set up properly.

Unfortunately without more information it is a little difficult to provide any advise.

Have you inspected the bounce back email, and looked at its headers - normally the email headers will tell you more verbose information about the error and what is failing, but from the error ‘domain does not exist’ - this sounds like it is a DNS issue.

Can you confirm you have tested that all the DNS records resolve correctly as expected, and how you are testing those?
