I have tried countless times and changed several cards but none of them work. The card can be used in other places without any problem. But it doesn’t work in CF. Can you please take a look at what’s going on?

How can I check my air tickets? I have already submitted

If I have a Free plan, I am not eligible to pay for domain names. I want to renew 3 domain names, but it won’t work no matter what I do. Do I have to transfer the domain names?

Customers on every plan type can use the Cloudflare Registrar service as long as the TLD is one that Cloudflare Registrar supports.

You can use Cloudflare to protect & accelerate your site regardless of the domain registrar.

If you don’t see the tickets on your dash, you can communicate with Cloudflare Support via email. Not being able to see tickets on your dash is an issue the Support team is aware of and is working to address. Sorry for the trouble with that.

I just tested my card and it’s fine. I bought another domain name and it was working fine. But the renewal is not working. I suspect my CF account is abnormal. I can’t change my payment method. No matter adding a credit card or PayPal, it still defaults to the original one after saving. Please help me solve the problem. Otherwise, I will transfer all my domain names.

Possible causes:

Account data corruption:
There may be data corruption in the control database of the Cloudflare account that is preventing my payment information from being updated or deleted correctly.

PayPal integration issue:
There may be an issue with Cloudflare’s integration with PayPal that is causing my account to always show PayPal as the default payment method. Unable to delete or update other payment methods
