When I try to reach my website without "www" it responds with CONNECTION TIMED OUT

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

domain without “www” in front is not reachable, where with it like works fine

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I added _redirects file, just in case it could work.

enter https://plystruct.com in url address and wait, it will stuck on loading and then fail with ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

May I ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab at Cloudflare dashboard for your domain ( Flexible, Full, Full Strict … )? :thinking:

Lately I’ve posted about how did I connected my www.domain.com with my Pages project. Therefrom, added A domain.com DNS record pointed to temporary IP address 192.0.2.1 proxied :orange: and using Page Rule I’ve redirect all non-www to www.

Website deployed through Github in Workers & Pages.
When I open link for SSL/TLS I get redirected, probably because my domain is registered elsewhere.
I will read into the post you shared, thank you, fritex!

I see, I have to move all my DNS settings to Cloudflare if I want to use Rules and stuff. I am afraid my boss will be too upset with the website shutdown for a day or two. especially that email server is also linked to all of this.
