When I try to add a new site, it gives an error "This isn't a registered domain" , please help

It resolves and there’s a parked domain page. That should be enough.

Thanks for flagging it. We get this error when the Name Servers are not propagated or not reachable. In this case I can see the NameServers are not propagated yet.

Can you please reach out to your registrar to ensure the Name Servers are fully propagated. Once they are propagated and reachable you will be able to add the domain.

Than how some sites from the same registrar are getting added and some are not? I have already checked DNS checker before.

I suspect the sites that are added have propagated nameservers :person_shrugging:, the domain you are trying to add does not as indicated
