When I try and access my Case it I get Cannot Access Dashboard Account

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have a Case open and I can’t get into the case as I just go into a loop. Login takes me to Cannot locate dashboard account, login and round and round we go. Cloudflare is waiting for an answer from me but I don’t know what they need as I can’t get in to see
