You need to reconfigure your redirects as well as they are point to each other resulting in a loop…
https://spotblogging.com/
redirects to https://www.spotblogging.com/
(the redirect is set up on Cloudflare)
https://www.spotblogging.com/
redirects to https://spotblogging.com/
(the redirect is set up on your server)

How can i fix it on cloudflare

Delete the redirect rule on Cloudflare if https://spotblogging.com/
is your preferred site URL (or you can swap the rule to redirect www
to the domain).
You will have set up a redirect in Page Rules or Redirect Rules…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/rules/rules
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/rules/redirect-rules
no redirect rule active here

Check under the bulk redirects and also Page Rules.

You may need to check then if the redirect is somehow configured at your hosting.
[edit] Although pausing Cloudflare works, so likely not that.

It now isn’t redirecting . Seems your nameservers have just changed (and propagating). Did you delete and re-add the site from Cloudflare or were you in the wrong account?
