why when I point my A record to my ip hosting adress, the site work properly
and when I enable the proxy option in cloudflafre the connection betwen the host and the domain is lost

What do you mean by is lost? What error are you seeing? What is your domain?

I’m using selfhosted, Oraclcloud, cloudpanel hosting

There is no DNS record for this domain. You need to provide the exact domain you are trying to reach.

Try changing your SSL settings from Flexible to Full (it should be full strict, but that can be enabled later).
Change it here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/ssl-tls
